Behind SH Construction is Sergei, our founder, whose journey in the world of tiling began at the age of 13. Learning the ropes from his father's friend, Sergei discovered a passion for tile work that would shape his future. His first project, a bathroom renovation in his parents' home, sparked a journey that led him to Germany, where he honed his craft before ultimately settling in Winnipeg in 2008.
Arriving in Canada with little more than a dream and determination, Sergei embarked on a path of hard work and perseverance. From driving buses in the harsh winters to cycling tirelessly to save for his first home, Sergei's journey is a testament to his unwavering resolve and dedication to his craft.
In 2011, SH Construction was born out of Sergei's vision to contribute to Winnipeg's burgeoning construction scene.
